There are a lot of poor reviews. How come? Is your on-line service really as bad as it appears to be?

Yes it really is that bad Nonworking phone numbers back ordering items that were supposed to be in stock online not contacting you to give you an option to cancel and of course all of this was days after it was ordered I would take Jenny's advice and run, Forrest

Yes, it is. They simply do not let people know if an item is out of stock. I paid extra for expedited shipping. Despite saying "SAME DAY" shipping, it took 2 days to tell me the item was backordered. (Given my shipping option, I should have actually RECEIVED my item by the time they bothered to tell me!)
