I have a paid ad free account, but Wunderground app wont run on my android phone anymore. How do I cancel my account and the $1.99 auto renewing fee?

Every time I open the Weather Underground web site and click Wundermap Radar it ALWAYS opens in the San Francisco bay area but I live in Seattle
What other weather app can I use after deleting WU app.? After using this app for 10 years, it is utterly useless.
