Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from xFinity staff and previous consumers.
It's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them! I've spent as much as 4 hours trying to work out a problem & even then I had to spend another TWO hours a week later regarding the same problem (discontinuing service). I about forgot... I called to discontinue on May 4th 2023 & finally got things worked out today, July 1st 2023. At least I hope it's worked out!
