I have order many many times from Yarn paradise, All to my satisfaction in every way! The shipping is a challenge. If you use the Courier service, you will be charged DUTY AND TAXES BY CUISTOMS, IF YOU USE CANADA POST,, and keep it around 25.00 usually they charge NOTHING. So I always order using shipping via canada post. Hope this helps. Never use the courier unless you want to pay duty and taxes and sometimes an extra courier service of $25.00 for each order, to clear it through customs.
