I ordered the sauce stirrer in November 27, 2016 and still haven't received it. Sent an email inquiry in beginning of this month and still no response....what's up?

I ordered from facebook 12-16-16 a sauce blender. My order # is 167760. Tracking # is LT639665396CN. You are stating it was delivered on 1-27-17. I NEVER RECEIVED IT !!! If you cannot send me one, I want MY MONEY BACK !!! I think I have been more than patient, now the ball is in your court> DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY ORDER !!!
