I have 3 orders paid for going back to Dec 2018 and Jan 2019 still awaiting shipment. I have sent emails asking for them or refund every month.
Help!

I ordered a dvd on August 17,2021. It shipped on August 25th. I have NOT received it! I have left messages with no reply.
I placed an order on March 2 and have yet to receive my order. It is order #68937. I was delighted when I found you had the miniseries I wanted,
WHY the total lack of communication and HOW does this business get to continue taking orders when it's clearly not fulfilling them?
I would like to know when my order of June, 7, 2019 will be delivered? This order was billed to my credit card immediately after I order it.
I would like to know WHEN I can expect the two DVDs I ordered almost two months ago. I credit card was charged immediately but to date no product?
What can be done on my 3 paid orders going back to Dec 2028 and Jan 2019? They are still awaiting shipment. If you can't / won't send refunds are due
Why doesn't Zeus DVDs respond to customer mail? Orders are quickly updated through processing to "Awaiting Shipment" and then everything goes dark.
It's now been over 60 days and I haven't received my order or any response concerning my order 50296. Last chance to contact me.
