I ordered flea shampoo for my dog. Never received my purchase. Tried the 24 hour link to customer service. After you type your message it says no one available right now. No one is ever available. Tried the 800 #, it takes you in circles. Tried to locate a corporate office, and same thing, you go to voice mail. Big rip off. I disputed the charge at my bank and got my money back. It took months to do.
