After you find out that your parcel tracking number does not exist and complaining to 21 faves you get scam message: "Sorry your package was destroyed by over time limited. "How about you pay us $10 and we can reship to you, or we can refund small proportion to end this case." Can you believe? When you continue with complaining you will just get automatic message that they have emailed you before to assist the delivery. Dont be naïve like we were and avoid this site
No one will answer my email and it seems to be the only way to contact them. They sent wrong merchandise I received 2 unwanted suits and now get no reply
After I bough 3 swimming suits I only received 2 of them and the 3rd one never arrived! They still charged me for it but never send it to me! I tried to get in touch with someone asking for a different suit but they blocked their email so i will tell you please don't spend your money. They steal your money and won't get back to you. Biggest scam ever I am so mad….

I ordered a bikini, they sent me the most ugly underwear I have ever seen and were pushing me to keep it by offering few dollars return. Return package to China costs 80 dollars, I strongly recommend not to buy anything from them. Customer services and business model don't deserve trust. Wondering how many people are in the same situation.
I ordered several bathing suits months ago. Nothing has arrived and they will not respond to any inquiries.
