“Placed and order for uggs the site said they were in...”

Placed and order for uggs the site said they were in stock and would be sent in 5-10 working days, after 10 days contacted them and they said they have no stock, but at this point had taken the money. They couldnt refund me as I would get charged. When I asked for a telephone number I heard nothing. Two weeks later I tried again to get my refund and they said the boots will be with me in 8-10 days. Clearly I won't get my money back or the boots and feel pretty stupid falling for such a site
