Tracking number bogus, Email replies all the same, sorry product is in transit check back in a couple of days. Purchase thru PayPal hope I can get my money back! Order Dec 5th. Email said shipped Dec 10. Was not shipped until Dec
27. Tracking number given but tagged to the wrong shipper. Three
Emails all were replied by canned response. Shipper was SF Express.
Had that information been provided then you would know that it would take over 45 days to get your package.
I would give a 0 for the rating! Bad service and Bad Quality. The item received will fit my 4 year old granddaughter or any doll. They use fake advertising! Item was 28 inches long and was supposed to be a size Medium! Fabric is poor quality!
30 days & still haven't received my purchase... they tell me it's in transit & then another email sorry no item not found. Bogus order & tracking numbers & eventually they started ignoring my emails. They may have stolen $20 form me but reviews are everything when it comes to running a company.
I ordered the talking hamster Dec. 15 2018 for my grand daughter for Christmas and still waiting. I wish I would have seen these reviews before hand and I would have never ordered from them. I have sent several emails and contacted DHL and no hamster yet. Going to try to get my money back. Everyone should get together and file a case against them. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Four weeks later after my order it still has not arrived. Been sent 2 bogus tracking number on DHL and keep being told it is on its way. Asked for refund and they do not respond. Not a company I will ever order from again.
Ordered a Christmas gift December 1st. Still haven't recieved it and Christmas had come and gone. Was given a bogus tracking number. Buyer beware.

Ordered the Christmas items for my grand daughters. Tracking # is bogus and there are no refunds or returns once you receive the items, contrary to what the site said initially. I never received the items and Christmas has come and gone so I'm just out the $65.00. BEWARE of this Company!
Doesn't get any worse than this company... STAY AWAY!
THE SIZING IS WAY OFF... and they do not reply to messages, never mind giving refunds!
