I ordered on sunday without checking comments about it. I've been trying to contact them since Monday and find out what the status is with my order. The toll free number doesn't work neither does the chat on line link. I will never order anything again from this company. Tomorrow i will be calling my credit card company for a refund! Total BS stay away from this company.

I ordered a bottle of Lancome perfume, I received a 3/4 full bottle with junk floating in the bottle and this is one of my favorite perfumes. What I got smells like a 85 year old and stinks to high hell! I have e-mailed for a refund but I will be calling my states attorney and bank... Do not buy from this site total fraud.

RIPOFF! My husband ordered Escada Into the Blue for me for Xmas. The regular site I normally use was out of stock and so he randomly chose this one without checking it out first. The product did arrive, however it is clearly "counterfeit" / fake. The packaging is all wrong so I knew the product was not real. I emailed to ask how to return the item. They responded. I sent it back via USPS with delivery confirmation. They received it 2 days later and have yet to post a credit to my account ( It has been 19 days). The phone appears to be disconnected and they no longer respond to email. We will be contacting the credit card company to dispute the charges in order to try to get our $ back. DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING.
