This is a scam, 2 months later of ordering a "risk free" sample and $427.22 taken out of my account, I figured it out, don't let them take you for a ride also. I ordered and didn't return within the trial time. I had no idea that they would be sending me different products and charging me for it. DO NOT ORDER from here. Very misleading and and they use different numbers and names of products so you have no idea who is sending you these products until they are charged to you card!

In my opinion the return policy of this web site is misleading. They advertise a TRIAL offer with a limited number of items paying only shipping and handling. You think that is the price you will be paying for an item but read it clearly. They will charge you over $80 (for the initial item) if you don't cancel within 15 days of ORDERING. After 30 days they will charge you again and keep shipping items and will not give you a refund even if you ask to return the items. Lesson learned, this is why internet buying gets a bad name.

Total scam - This website is an absolute scam. The product does not work and if you want to get your credit card refunded and your account credited it is almost impossible. The contact numbers when you call keep you on hold forever. I did finally get through after 45-60 minutes on hold. They will automatically keep billing your credit card. The company is FWM laboratories. Do not try this free trial. It is only a nightmare to end.

This is a scam. They took money from me, and I asked for a refund. Which by the way you have 30 days to return the unused product. And then you receive the full refund. Well I haven't received anything yet. Please people if you are going to purchase any thing on the internet look at the terms and conditions. Plus the refund closer.

I was buying my acai from a friend who sold me Monavie (at $45 a bottle) and I thought it was doing great things for me. I checked out this site to get the acai for cheap but this site will rip you off. The FREE trial is a scam and even if you try to return it within the time period, they bill you and charge your credit card.

This is a fancy website that is long on promises and short on ethics and morals. I ordered a "free trial" pay only S&H sample of AciaBerry Detox from them. I cancelled well within the cancellation period by phone to their number listed on the invoice. The charge came out on my bank statement at full price. When I contacted them they said it had been cancelled but I was beyond my 30 day time limit to return it. So they screwed me out of $79.95, instead of the $3.95 S&H. I told them I would write them up, so I am being true to my promise. The company that runs the website is FWM Laboratories, Inc.

The main caveat is that you need to go clear into the site to figure out what they will and won't do about their guarantees. It tells you little unless you go clear into the fine print links. In my opinion it is a misleading site designed to work against time so you will be charged the full price and get you involved in an automatic shipping program. In the fine print, they stated that if you cancelled within the trial period they would not bill you nor would you be required to return the unused product. That didn't work, so I got stuck by the time element since my bank statement didn't come out before the time ran out and I didn't know they had charged me until over the 30 day return period. It appears to be a scam to me. I would not do business with them again, since they refused to even work with me on a credit back or a return.
