Ace eJuice

Don't ship full order. Took forever to ship. Gives excuses for everything. Says she visits the hospital frequently. Or has bad weather. Or has a bad post office experience. I've heard it all.

Nasty juice. Would like to see her lab. Probably a living room.

Reviews on her page are censored and only "good reviews" are shown. Has been having these same problems since 2012.

She will cuss you and call you names when emailing to enquire about an order.

I wonder if the IRS knows about her "business"?

I ordered for Black Friday 2014, it is now January 2015 and I still have not received my order. Numerous emails, no answer. Numerous Facebook posts and got one snotty retort. Still no juice and no refund. There are a lot of victims of Ace Ejuice from Black Friday listed on Facebook scams, thief's and vouches. Owner is rude and a thief. Disgusting customer service! Do your homework buyers, Beware!

Well its been about 2 years since I ordered from ace to be honest I was sad to find out she is not in business anymore yes my order waa late but the flavors were out of this world good the twisted verbanna and the keylime pie were great she sent several free samples the nutter butter was also great she also sent a coupon for a free bottle because the order did take 3 weeks to get I found it odd but she said she had been sick and in the hospitial so I was forgiving and if your reading this I really enjoyed your blends wish I had your ejuice right now:-(

Quick to take my money, not to keen on sending me what I paid for.

Ordered on Nov 29th 2014. Received email stating that my order was made and was "steeping". This was the last I heard of my order.

Tried 3 times to contact them asking about my order, all 3 times I was ignored. 2 deleted posts on their FB page and 1 message not responded to through their website.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ACE EJUICE! Many others have lost money to these scam artists... check out "Vaping scams, thieves and vouches" group on Facebook.

If you like watching your hard earned vanish, love hearing lies, deceit and denial then this is the vendor for you.

Well i was ok with this site until i ordered some ejuice and the order i received was not what i purchased. So i emailed them and asked for the bottles of juice i purchased. Well the response i got was there is no way ever that they made a mistake and that i was wrong. I double checked to make sure i didnt order the wrong thing. I didnt. I asked them again to just send me the two bottles of e juice they messed up... and now they refuse to reply.

I can't even. Omg. Just don't order. Nothing personal I don't know her but she is seriously a whacko. Liar, thief, scammer, criminal, bad guy, bad vendor, LIAR

Hum. Same thing happened to me, ordered some juice and didnt get what i ordered. Was short 3 bottles and after a week and a half of texting and emailing ace ejuice i never got a response until as a cunsumer i told her i would exercise my rights as a consumer and dispute the charges. I got a childish, immature, and rude message. I know what i ordered, and was short. I know people make mistakes but this was over kill. She said i was banned from her site and others instead of trying to help and resolve the problem. I even went to the post office and had them look up tracking # and weight when they recieved and when delivered. All where the same weights including my package i had in my hand. I will never do business with ace ejuice again and am disputing the charges i was short with bank.

11/30/14 I ordered 22 bottles size 15ml from Ace Ejuice because of a sale. My Master Card was billed on 12/01/14. I received an email from Stamps.com saying my order would be shipped & the USPS tracking # is ********************* he package was never taken to the PO till 01/28/2015. Package delivered on 01/30/2015 with only 6 bottles full and 7 bottles with the lids off and leaked all over the 7 bottles bubble wrapped together. I contacted the seller to find out where my other 9 bottles are at and what were they going to do about the 7 bottles that leaked because they weren't properly sealed. It took numerous emails & contacting Cassy on the host of "Madness in the Mist" on VapersTV via Facebook to finally get a rude email back from Ace Ejuice. But this company when they process your credit card doesn't process it in a company name however it processes under the name TYLER JAMES SCHMIDT, of VILLA PARIK IL. Pretty bizarre for a legitimate business to process all credit card charges this way instead of under a company name! I've called this seller out on FB and on Madness in the Mist on VapersTV till I got purged for doing show while Ace was trying to run another scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM ACE EJUICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. My bank & Master Card are dealing with this vendor to get me my money back! I never did receive everything I purchased let alone in time for Christmas as was promised on Madness in the Mist. Also the bottles I received never did look like or were FDA sealed like the bottles pictured on the Ace Ejuice website! I also suggest anyone else who was scammed like we were to file a mail fraud investigtation with the US Postal Inspection Service postalinspectors.uspis.gov/investigations/mailfraud/mailfraud.aspx and contact your bank and credit card company to try to get your money back.

The prices for the Black Friday 2014 4 hour sale was amazing. Every other day costs I find to be on the higher price list for me. I do not think any 15ml should be for more than $8 shipped.

Shipping: 0 out of 5
Per the company's terms and conditions the max shipping time was 14 business days. Personal promised dates of shipping were not honored (all orders being shipped on or before Dec. 20,2014). Shipping took well over quoted time frame and still have not received the full order. Company stated that my full order was created and steeping on Dec. 9 however I'm currently at 57 days and no information on the remaining order status. The company quickly changed their terms effective Jan. 15,2015 to different max shipping time.

Customer Service: 0 out of 5
Updates were far and few in between and not very informative. Too many personal problems causing delays in the shipping. A non-immediate family member birth, child illness, child school problems, personal illness, assistants falling through, etc. "Personal Problems" can only go so far as an explanation. Too many automated responses that did not provide useful information. Changes in terms after agreement dates. Guilt trips in most notices.

Product: 3 out of 5 (basing it on the order I made of 15 juices)
I do like the various juices. However as I have not yet received my full order I can only comment that 7 were 5 star quality 1 is 4 star quality and 7 have not been received. The lack of receiving the order makes this a lower order.

Overall: I would not order again from this company. I would not suggest this company to family and friends. Its a shame as Ace eJuice has a great product, sadly this ordeal shows no ability of fulfilling their orders in a business fashion. This experience is not something I would expose myself to again.

I WOULD suggest if you can purchase these juices in a B&M store and bypass dealing with the company directly DO IT. Again, the juices are amazing of what I have received however they are not worth what I've gone through to order them again from Ace eJuice.
