I did a transfer with transfer # **************
They are totally scam took my money from my credit card shown them statment but still not transfering my funds nor returning

Total scam site
I did through other transfer and it went instantly as my family needs to buy food and pay for bills

After paying asking for additional id when i already provided that is ok i provided another id still not sending my transfer

Please value my review don't send money through them if you are lucky and saved from scam by watching my review that's great

Please don't use this i will update you on my status if they transfer my funds

Update: After sending them selfie with id they replied that they cannot process my transaction and also cannot refund my money and i should call my bank to get a refund where my bank says it is a cash advance payment and they cannot cancel total scam site please if you want to save your money and don't want to waste your money don't use this site

Please value my review when you don't send money with them it makes me happy that they cannot scam other peoples and i will also complain FCA Uk about this

I transferred 600GBP to ACEMoneyTransfer via Trustly bank transfer service on 21st June to send money to my husband, after that their verification process, started, as i cooperated with them in every process, they started to asked my valid National ID and after that online Veriff.com process where I was asked to open a link on my mobile then It asked to again take pictures of my documents along with a selfie, which i completed successfully with in time frame after that they asked for my bank statement, for which I did explained them that I cannot download the current statement of my account because It doesn't allow me to do. But instead they told me to take pictures of all the transactions and all the account details. They also asked me to provide all the bank statement for the past complete three months which I did provided them. Then afterwards they asked me show them the exact pictures of the account details with there particular and recent transaction, at the first place i thought why they been asking to much details and after giving them every details, live screen shots, live verification process they started making things up, that your verification is in process, now its been 7 days in total they are holding my money and not even sending the money to my husband. Every time I send a message on their website/app chat service all they do is to tell that my transaction is in verification process and end the chat. How devastating it would be as a customer to first wait for a representative to join a chat and then simply end it in few seconds without even letting me answer. They have worst customer service and staff which never provide you response nor do get over the call, even after calling them they said, do whatever you want to do, never use their services as they never send money. All they say their working hard they never do. Either you cooperate with them in any way. I'm totally disappointment and depressed with all my personal information and classified documents with them now.

Really poor sent money the receiver didn't get the money and ace is not willing to refund. Keep away
