I had to deal with this company due to my Balance Board (yes, i bought one. Simply cool af), suddenly decide to stop working. One phone call and 5 mins later, I had a REPLY PAID address sent to my email. All I had to do was simply attach said address and drop off at my nearest Post Office. 7 days later, Scooter was received, repaired and on its merry way back WITH TRACKING! And still no charge to me. Lady I spoke with was very polite and extremely helpful (thanks Ash)! Would gladly deal with again! Top marks for everything this company!
Had a few problems obtaining a spare part. Searched everywhere. I eventually found Action spares. Very helpful. Thank you. Highly recommended
