Absolutely awful!
Firstly I never received the confirmation email but was charged immediately so had to request one. Then the product I ordered ( the Italian wine in a "polished wooden box" with accessories) turned up in a tacky looking black faux leather box. Not what was specified at all!
Really disappointing, terrible product, awful service.

Will never use again
