I called ADP roofing and guttering and spoke to Doug. Had booked in an appointment for Saturday morning at 8am. He was prompt and arrived at scheduled time. I explained the issue with my roof as my husband had done some repairs on skylight that was leaking. I also had water leaking in through the eaves. He got on the roof, barely there 10 mins and said "I'm sorry, I can't help you". I knew things weren't great and he further went on to say it's going to cost you thousands and thousands of dollars as this would require a total roof replacement. He walked off. Rude, abrupt. No quote. No nothing. Never ever using this company again. Disappointed.

I am very happy with the ridge capping repairs carried out by Doug/James of ADP Roofing and Guttering. I was very satisfied with their work and the fact that their quotes are very reasonable compared to other companies. I have even recommended them to a family member needing work on their roof.

Let me start by saying I don't normally write reviews as I don't like affecting people's livelihoods but I am writing this as I don't want anyone else to be out of pocket and left with a terrible "professional" job that looks worse than an amateur.

Doug is unprofessional, rude and argumentative. He may have repaired a section of my fascia but the aesthetic finish is horrible. There's a few stainless steel brackets sticking out like a sore thumb, our eave in that area is uneven (probably because he didn't even have a real prop) and there's a gap between our gutter and fascia (he made no effort to find wood the same width as our existing). Who knows if the liquid nails he used is even going to hold. DO NOT USE ADP ROOFING. Use a professional or you're even better off DIY.

I got free quote to the gutters and Doug came round and gave me said price and I asked a couple questions geez man have I never seen someone flip so quick to angry after that I didn't want a angry man working on my house.
