“After getting our website set up they completely dropped...”

After getting our website set up they completely dropped of the planet we can't get ahold of anyone to make the changes we want in our website. The representative said they had great pictures they would use (maybe for thirty years ago they were great) and that if we ever wanted to make a change we just had to get ahold of her. Sure, four months of leaving messages everyday is what everyone wants to spend time on. Seriously the website they set up for us is terrible, and you get no customer service.

Signing up with AT&T has got to be the worst decision of my life. Here is the scam: the sales rep will guarantee a certain number of "clicks." They definitely provide you a lot of clicks to you website. The problem is that the keywords they use are so general that are people who have no interest in your services or product clicking on to your site. For example, if you are a dentist in NYC and treat cavities, ATT will get web browers who are from CA or people who are looking to buy a dental practice. So yeah, you will get the clicks, but you won't get any calls. I have been with them for four months and have not received a single call. And they have done nothing to fix the problem. Oh, and good luck trying to get out of your 12 month contract. In hindsight, it's quite obvious why they try to hook you for 12 months. There are many companies out there that have 3-6 month contracts or just month to month.
