BlueCare Express Scam or Shining Star

Seems some say this is a scam & others actually receive their packages after a long wait

Unorganized, Poor and Slow Customer Support
Their customer support team keep saying

I have used almost all the free package tracking apps and this is by far the best! When you copy a tracking number and open the app, it asks if you want to track it. The company the number belongs to is automatically selected. Simple layout aesthetically pleasing. I wish it was available for ipad

ABsoluletly USELESS! Provides useless and erronous tracking information. Don't bother using this app. Just go straight to USPS, FEDEX, UPS sites to obtain accurate and reliable information!

Been trying to get out account hooked up and going again after these turkeys changed our plan on us - 3 weeks later we're still down. They just do not not listen - it's like talking to an ATM machine. Hopeless.

Tried the trial, followed their guide to setup *******@domain CNAME settings and IT TOOK MY WHOLE SITE DOWN inaccessible due to DNS problems! TOOK AN HOUR TO RECOVER!

Contacted support with exact settings I've made, detailed step-by-step... and the stupid indian had the nerve to ask for a screenshot of my CNAME settings! That incompetent moron! I wrote him the exact settings in the ticket!

They expected me to still have those settings and my website down for 24 hours just so they can have their screenshot?!?!?! OF COURSE I DELETED THE SETTINGS in order to recover my website and get it back online!...

And to think they charge you $49/month for 1000 shipment notifications and $123 for 5000 shipment notifications to customers!

AfterShip is not a good shipping tracking platform for eCommece stores other than Shopify. It's behind on expansion. It has other eCommerce platform integrations, like for WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and some others.

Anyway, the integration for Shopify is streamlined and you can control everything from one window/interface. Any other integration, you need to bounce back and forth between multiple interfaces, including their old outdated interface.

Tip for consumers:
I don't recommend AfterShip. Research other shipping platforms for better service and quality.

I made a purchase they Walmart and they shipped with AfterShip. I tracked my package the whole time thru the app. It said it was out for delivery so I watched and waited. It never came. Next day checking the app was a delivery update saying it was left on the porch at 12 pm the previous day. It was never delivered. 2 days later still don't have my $40 purchase. None of my neighbors received it. So it wasn't a miss delivery either. However they did give me a refund. But I can't help but wonder if someone kept my package for themselves. Why else would someone mark something as delivered when it was not. I'm giving a rating of two stars because I did receive a refund but that was done by Walmart. Not the shipping service
