Absolutely worse customer service if you can someone to get back to you by email only... ro just be told there is no REAL 30 day warranty or money back even if unit is defective. I've reported to the BBBbut apparently the business headquarters is out of US eventhough they have a Washington address for your send your unit to to get new one or repair I sent it as instructed and never heard back multiple emails and called any number I could find and nothing can be done apparently. So, I got purchased a brand new air robo and it didn't work and tried troubleshooting and did everything I could emailed them a week later telling them and took pictures and videos and was told to sent it in which I did and now when I reach out I get no response. So I am out the product and money and nothing can be done because the company is over seas. Would not recommend to anyone definitely buyer beware.
