I was placing an order and hit submit before adding an e-gift card I have. I tried to cancel the order to replace the order and it doesn't give you the option. I tried calling their number and phone doesn't accept calls. I've sent multiple emails, started a dispute thru my credit card due to the transacción was processed. I tried sending a msg through IG and still no response. Today I received an email with the tracking number of an order that hasn't been resolved. This is very frustrating that no one can answer back to try to resolve my issue.
