Just an update, since my last review.
I am awaiting for my refund from this company, still. This is despite writing to them several times and getting the same reply, another 4-6 weeks.
I now retract my previous 3 star rating and would give them a -5 or a -20 if there was a negative rating. This company does not deserve to be in business. Its license must be revoked. It's a fraudulent and a scammer company.
After nearly 3 months, I'm where I was initially, totally and utterly disgusted.
Tip for consumers:
Do not ever get involved with these scammers, bankers. They should be jailed or fed to the wolves.

Daniel is a liar, a cheat, and a spineless rat.
He conned me on a flight ticket last february. Charged me twice, charged me for business class, etc. I would urge everyone dealing with him or Alexa travel to be fore warned or else say goodbye to your hard earned money.
I have been in communication with him or maybe his cheating partner since then, and the usual stalling tactics has been on going since. A worthless piece of thuggery. I dont know about his origin, but its ingrained in this DNA., maybe he can't help it, as it has been passed onto through generations. Poor guy.
