Mike was good in customer service and little after purchase but then completely disappeared and ignored all my messages. The reversal scalping system which they all is totally useless. It doesn't work. Tons of false signals. I tested in different brokers and the result is the same. Firstly, the person was courteous, respectful, as well patient. I did come across 2 negative comments regarding the forcefulness of the traders those individuals dealt with and the $ disappearing from their accounts. When i did more research on those situations, i came to discover that they actually wanted to withdraw their funds BUT gave the wrong banking information to the beneficiary... so the $ ended up in a place that of course was not the intended destination.Of course they blamed the allcryptocapital for their loses and they stole their $, they also did not consult with their trader to assist them in moving the funds and did so alone... so mistakes were made on their part.
Secondly, my experience personal with the broker/trader I have been dealing with has been incredibly rewarding in learning and becoming knowledgeable regarding crypto world also helping me understand how the true reality of digital trading works. We do daily meetings, open and close contracts, even send money to my other traditional accounts, and as the policy disclaimer reads 3-5 business days to end up there. Iam profoundly thankful I meet the person Iam working with. They have taught me so much about digital currency, digital trading, and how block chain works in detail. Iam not a professional trader. Neither am I a paid advertiser... just someone who wants to become a knowledgeable trader. Sure they take commissions on profits, but that's what this is about, you earn profits, they earn commission from your profits... so forth.
The simple advice I would give people who want to invest in this organization trading in the digital currencies around the world is, DO YOUR HOME WORK! Please do not expect all of the work to be done by the trader or broker... due diligence, works both ways... you obviously came to this organization because you wanted to earn profits instead of losing money in the traditional markets. Having a professional trader help you do that is a journey, and along that journey, its also your responsibility to become educated on digital trading, crypto world, so forth.

It has been almost two months. That try to ask for more money if you send it to your trust wallet they put a Bot scan and transfer money automatically. They never sent me my withdrawal. I reported it to the fraud agencies UK, USA and Canada. DON'T GET SCAMMED

They have facility to deposit but not withdraw funds.

Proper platforms have both. Allcryptocapital have what appears to be a normal platform in all ways. Except they are a one way funnel for money. I closed all bids 2 years ago to test my theory; I emailed them to withdraw funds $200 AUD. They acted like they did return my money. However the funds are still sitting in my Allcryptocapital account 2 years later in the fake platform. I told them at the time I was testing their integrity re their withdrawal system. I am still getting 3-6 phone calls from all over the world to get me back on board. They work out of England, but their calls are re-routed through south America to all over the world. Please do NOT get involved with these scammers.

WOW where do I start. I jumped on this platform as it looks great, trading both crypto and coms with massive leverages. My Broker ( Alex Andino) was like the perfect gentleman who did everything for you it doesn't get any better than this until, I started reading poor feedback online I got spooked and started checking for business and broker credentials there is nothing, they keep totally anonymous and the business credentials belong to Cryptocompare totally different business who have nothing to do with Allcryptcapital. I tricked them into sending 1K back to prove money moves both ways they did( I invested 3K aussie) I took the 2K loss. 5 weeks later they ring me stating they will move all my money 11K profit US to my Atomic wallet they sent me ETH coins to the value of 11K however the coins were fake no value it took a pro to work it out. To get these coins transferred to Binance wallet I had to pay a transfer fee this is where they stung me again totally ripped off I'm the fool however valuable lesson learned here. Allcryptocapital members are professional hackers, scammers, mentally trained to feel no remorse blood suckers, I couldn't help but laugh thinking how do people live like this go and get a real job ya bums

Setting up my account was a little challenging at first. After asking for assistance, I received customer support, and everything went smoothly. Aside from that, speedy, efficient, and extremely friendly. Hope to see more upgrades to make it better for newcomers so that they won't be confused like me in the beginning.
