“Property Management rip off”

Property Management rip off - Wallce Property Management, in Columbia, SC is a fraud. Wallace Noble, was selling me a house at 21 Gatewood Way, Cola, SC *******. He got over $4200. 00 from me and now i find out HE doesn't even own the property. He has ALL my ID... Help who can I report him too
