Well. I bought something 2 weeks before black friday (for 50% of black friday price by the way - do not trust them) and I asked them in 3 separate tickets right after making order to delay shippment. They ignored it (never even reply for those tickets by the way - 2 weeks and counting). Their courier company didn't delivered product (first courier lied that try to deliver product - I was home, nobody called me nobody came, then I contacted them with big "why" as I got text saying "delivery unsucessfull" and told them that I won't be available next working day so... of course they send courier the day I was not available (after telling them that day before of course) and then returned product to store. So I contacted Altex with "why" guys - please just deliver it to store your delivery company is bad I will go and take it myself... but they instead tell me to go to store and buy again - with 100% higher price - after few days of waiting for anwser of course.
It's my first and last experiance with this s... store. Everything here is s...:
A) cheaper price 2 weeks before black friday then on black friday
B) none existing support
C) support acting like bots - ignoring information client is providing
D) having customer deep in the s... so to speak attitude in every department of the store.:)
Well - overall - I will just go to shopping store in Czech rep or Hungary on my next visit (I will have to drive thru those countries next 3 weeks anyway) and make all my shopping there. It's my last experiance with this particular not serious brand. :)
Tip for consumers:
don't use it and if you will take a risk - only payment on delivery - I read a lot of reviews about people who waited months to get their money back - and based on my experiance - you won't get it ;)

I purchased desk top AEB-RYZEN5 and it freezes randomly i have to restart it i have replace mouse and keyboard due to that when it would happen while using it and still no solution i did notice it at first but it acts up randomly
I've dealt with Altex off and on since they opened. They are an excellent store with very knowledgeable people. I like their store operation in that I can walk-in and actually talk to a representative that actually knows something and cares about the product they are presenting. I've been impressed with Altex from the start and continue to be impressed. They are friendly and always helpful. I couldn't ask for a nicer experience with excellent products and wonderful customer service.
This was not the first place I looked for a security camera system... I first went to many sites selling only security cameras and the prices were always very high... over a thousand for a mere 4 camera system which is all I needed. Aletex has just what the doctor ordered (my wife) which was a simple 4 camera system to deter thieves. Prices was on the money.
They have really cheap and functions security DVR recorders that are much better than some of the brand names out there like lorex and I think they are just the same thing. All lorex is overrated cams and a cheap computer, altex sells you the entire package all for a rock bottom price. Easy to install as well but you might need to buy some extra long cables.
