“Terrible Customer Service”

If you're on a time restraint, do not order. I paid an extra $25 for express two day shipping and had not recieved my order 4 days later. I contacted customer service regarding a refund for my shipping costs only, considering I had paid for a service I had not recieved. They were rude, unprofessional and did not refund my shipping costs and replied that the responsibility did not fall on them. I never had a problem with any other company when paying for express shipping. I will NOT be shopping here again due to poor customer service.
