Bought a tent/raft and paddles and received only paddles... Still waiting on them to contact me. I didn't wait months just to be ripped off

On May 18th after seeing an advertisement for the Brass Clankey Hand Tool with a claim of being made in the US, I placed an order. All appeared fine until I received my tracking number on May 23rd. I then discovered that the item was being shipped from China. I questioned their claim of being manufactured in the US and received the following response, "Hello, the warehouse of our company is in the headquarters. Due to the inventory problem, we will cooperate with Chinese enterprises, so your goods are sent from China." It took days to get this response. Since then the package moved to an airport in China where it has sat since May 26th. After numerous attempts to get answers, I was informed of the following, "According to your feedback, we have checked your tracking number and found that it was indeed in an untraceable status. In this case, we have checked with the logistics provider immediately. However, because the inquiry process is complicated, it usually takes 2-3 working days to get the result. Could you please wait patiently?" I have informed them I no longer want to wait for a lost item and requested a refund. Their response, "We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel the order. However, your parcel has been shipped out, so we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund to you." They then provided me with the tracking number again of the package they found untraceable.
