We got to call this guys to repair our GE dish washer assuming comparatively we might get better price/service than GE, one short 5 foot Spanish guy came in & he checked machine & said need to change drain pump & total cost will be $255 i. E.$165 repair charges, $20 taxes, $70 for drain pump which we have to buy from them (GE repair charges is $89.99 & part available for $50 online ships free total $139.99 & should be no tax on service charges as per law) Now basically either i have to agree with their outrageous repair charges or pay him $55 for visiting, Surprisingly that guy started talking offensive when i tried to explain him saying this is unfair to quote that kind of prices cause no one will agree to pay that price & they need to give me better price. Now i realized exactly what was going on! This was a calculated legal scam! When you call they will quote you $55 without clarifying other repair charges & you will assume that they will fix it for $55 & part value but when they come they quote outrageous ($165 for minor service) charges so you will never go for repair & than they can demand $55 for just coming & checking. & that guy he literally used cursing word on my face inside my house when i expressed how i feel about them & when i insist him to apologize for using abusive language he crossed all limits & he blasted on me & said each cursing word he may know. Bottom line all they want is $55 by visiting your place, they really do not want to repair your appliances, cause they might have to work hard for an hour to repair it but to check it they have to spend 5-10 easy minutes! GET THAT! As far as GE Appliance i do not see no one better than GE company price, GE does repair for $89.99 & moreover you can get additional appliance repaired in same visit for paying just $25 extra *******025 & they even do not compel you to buy parts from them.
