I have Alopecia and it can be very stressful shopping for wigs on line. I was very specific when I placed my order on the cap size measurement. To my disappointment the supplier did not supply the correct cap size wig. The wig was huge and did not fit well. I had to spend additional costs wig repairer to adjust the cap to my measurement. I must say I was very disappointed!
Tip for consumers:
The Supplier should be able to speak and understand English well in order to fully understand the customers request.

I just received my new wig and I absolutely LOVE it! The texture of this hair is so natural, smooth and really easy to work with, I can't wait to try many different jazzy styles. It's simply AMAZING! Fast delivery and great customer service. This was my first time ordering a wig online and I have to tell you, it won't be my last. I am very happy with my purchase! I ordered the Indian Remy hair Italian Yaki silk top bleached knots for Black women - 14 inches. This human hair wig hair is of excellent quality, soft, it looks exactly like the picture and the shipping was SUPER FAST! I received my order within a few days. Yall, this hair is GORGEOUS! The part and scalp looks really nice. FLAWLESS. Also, I ran my fingers through the hair a million times and there was absolutely NO SHEDDING! I am a very satisfied customer and I will definitely be purchasing all of my hair from this 5***** star seller. I purchased the exact same wig from April wigs (15 and 21), but the 2021 order came with a wig lacking fullness and multiple split ends for nearly $300.00. Fortunately for me, I had a speaking engagement, so I wasn't able to return the wig or I would have had to pay for hair appointment cancellation ($150.00 less than 24 hours) and buy another wig ($300.00). I am so disappointed, as in the past this company has made great products that last overtime. Beware that you may receive wigs that are not of quality that you'll be forced to deal it, as their policy make the patient may for shipping/re-stocking and doesn't take in account your inconvenience!
Tip for consumers:
Don't risk a wig purchase for a event. I recommend using an in-person creator or company with previous history to prevent my experience.
