Arabinstruments

I contacted them by email and chat. I asked for an arabic oud. And if they had oud for women. They never heard of oud made for women. Strangely.
I contacted again by chat, they did not have sound for oud.
I asked them where they were located. They did NOT want to reveal location... Why?
What are these people hiding? Are they illegal? How many did they screw for the need to hide? The middle east is large.
I definitely do NOT give ONE cent to these unprofessional, rude and possibly illegal people. I saw other BAD reviews about them on trustpilot. They turned off reviews on facebook. Guess why? Too many bad complaints...

Regarding Arab Instruments, i find it ironic that a Company based in Israel owned by an Israeli Assaf Kassel should be called Arab instruments, they try to hide this fact by having no address on their website which is suspicious in my opinion. The number is NYC and they state that they're based in the Middle East no mention of Israel, I wonder why. There is a lack of transparency, I wonder how many customers would make a different buying decision if they new that this was an Israeli owned Company trying to sell Arabic instruments to amongst many of its customers lots of Arabs.

EDIT: You will find Assaf Kassel on Linkedin. From Israel... SHAME on you telling lies to people Is that only through lies you can make business?!
