I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT EXPOSING YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS CHAOTIC CAMPGROUND. I had the worst experience from start to finish with Arapaho Family (yeah right) Campground. The owner playing bus driver was transporting the 48 passengers (including myself) at such a high speed, after skidding about 0.5 of mile from slamming on his breaks, he nearly took out the truck in front of us. Once we made it to the drop-off (THANKFULLY ALIVE & IN ONE PIECE) we then realized they didn't have the 10 man raft we rented. After sitting and waiting for close to an HOUR they showed up w/ a raft full of mud and no life jackets or paddles. To make things worse upon returning from the float; three of my LADY friends were assaulted by drunk punks (I refuse to call these jerks men). The owner didn't help the situation by being the biggest loud mouth redneck HOOSIER I've ever encountered as a business owner. He actually made the situation worse. TWO THUMBS DOWN - ZERO STARS

SEXUALLY & PHYSICALLY ASSULTED. TERRIBLE campground.We had an all girls float trip(8 of us). When we got back at the end of the day, 7-8 of their male campers jumped 3 of us female floaters (reason still unknown?) when they went to get our truck. Punched one girl in the face & busted her nose, swinging girls around by their hair & holding down & sexually assaulting another girl. ALL of this happened directly in front of the front office.The employees ALL stood around and watched it happen. Never intervening AND the owner told them NOT to call the police. Well, I DID and a police report was filed.The owner was such a jack-$#*! & refused to give the campers info. And in the beginning... The bus was 40min late & when it did show up they piled us in 3-4 to a seat & standing in the aisle.The bus driver (the OWNER) was a total JERK & drove like a bat out of hell. Sliding all over the gravel rds & squealing tires on the pavement(we could smell it). When we finally arrived at the river alive, they had forgot our raft & we had to wait over an hour for them to get back with one(covered in mud & had Duct tape on it). Then they took off w/o giving us any paddles or life jackets.We had to run after the truck on foot to get our paddles. I do not recommend this place at all; especially if you have women or children in your group.
