I cannot recommend such service as my flight was canceled and I didn't get any refund from the company. It's not good for their reputation. They just didn't answer my e-mails…
Totally DISORGANIZED airline! Their flights are ALWAYS late and here's the kicker, its always the weather or the airport infrastructure that is to blame. In December 2013 I flew this airline 6 times (2 international and 4 domestic flights), Not once did the flight depart on time. All 4 times my flight was delayed and once by as much as 2.45 hours.
Checking in is like a zoo, and lets not start with the plethora of pat downs. Oh and wait if you pay the employees at the check in counter some money they will jump you to the front of the line for check in while flashing their employee badges, not that it matters cos you still wait on the ground until they are ready for takeoff.
To top it all, the airline turns on the Air conditioning after the passengers are in the plane, on my last international flight, the airline was so hot that we spent one hour on the ground waiting for it to be cool inside and yes the cabin crew were all sweaty.
STAY AWAY from this airline. Its a waste of money and time!
