I would give this business 0 Stars if possible. On 22nd October 2022, we ordered and were promised delivery of a sofabed. Now some 4 months later the item remains sitting in a depot with Star Track and only the armrest has been delivered (which was delivered 3 weeks ago). See photo of armrest below. Star Track have advised us twice that Homary will not pay a "heavy item Delivery" fee even tough we were expressly promised delivery of the sofabed by Homary at the time of purchase. Worse than this, Homary have not been transparent about their dispute with Star Track and two separate employees of Star Track advise that Homary told them to just leave a "collect from depot" card and advised Star Track to tell us to collect the sofa bed from the Star Track depot despite Homary advertising:free delivery" of the sofabed on their website, shopping carts and invoice at the time of purchase. None of this was communicated to us by Homary and we only found out from Star Track after logging two online and one telephone request for delivery in response to a "missed delivery card" and receiving no response over the course of a fortnight. Homary did not disclose their impasse with Star Track in our two requests for updates over this period. Meanwhile we have paid for a sofabed but received only an armrest, which obviously cannot function as a sofabed and is not what we purchased. If you wish to avoid such unethical behaviour, poor service and non-delivery of furniture paid for in advance, I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
