I wear size 39 shoes so I ordered some. They arrived after 3 weeks, apparently due to high demand. They're marked 39 but they'd be 36. My email request for a return and refund might as well have said 'too bad how sad' - despite the advertised promise of a 14 day free return guarantee. I disagreed with 'too bad how sad' and they sent a new message saying they would 'return' the shoes but with no mention of exchange or refund. I was instructed to send the shoes (tracked) to France at my expense, even though they were sent to me from Canberra (in my own country - Australia). Instructions cut and pasted below. The shoes are very cheaply made, and not orthotic - by any stretch of the imagination. Basic and plastic, they don't look like the online advertised product. Paid $66 (half price) worth $20.
