I can honestly say I have never seen such abominable customer service as this wretched place exhibited, in every way and on every level. I know used car places are generally pretty awful, but this place takes that to an even more unacceptable level in how it treats the people stupid enough to go there. Every single person with whom I dealt at AutoLine Va, in Chantilly, Va., was awful, from the person who sold me my car, to the so-called ‘managers' - I dealt with two of these, one of whom completely ignored my requests for assistance and the other who was so rude it was stunning. And the things with which I needed help were not extraordinary, they were really quite simple and natural for a new car owner. I know buying a used car is a horrible experience, but AutoLine Va in Chantilly makes it so much more awful than it has to be. Stay far, far away from this dreadful place.
