Do not be fooled by this site to sell your car. There is a reason its so cheap, the customer service are clowns, they are like robots and just say the same thing over and over.

Don't waste your money, this site does nothing and claims that your car had exposure to over 5k people
Yet I didn't get one call and all the messages were scam.

This long saga begins 11 days ago when I listed my vehicle to sell on Autotrader Classics (different website than Autotrader.com). After it went live on their website, I noticed some typos so decided to edit the ad. That was the beginning of 2-3 calls each and every day for 11 consecutive days, hours wasted on the phone dealing with a different person each and every day (re-explaining), getting the same assurances that everything will be fine in 24 hrs - just wait, be patient, etc., etc. Bottom line is that they couldn't figure out why my ad kept getting bumped off their website. Every time it was edited by either me or them, it would go down and get lost. After a week, I was told it was permanently lost and I should create a backup ad. Another couple hours wasted. The whole time I could see both ads now on my Dashboard but they couldn't make either one of them go live on their website. In total, the ad was probably 'live' and visible on the website for a total of ten hours over 11 days. Then, when I just now asked for a total refund, the finance people said they couldn't find my billing information. HOLY FRIGGIN CRAP! Who is running this business? Here's a suggestion: you need a major overhaul of your entire computer system.
