I ordered the product without the extras (expensive) i got through 4 modules and realized that it was over my head so, i requested a refund 3 times by e-mail and all i got was more e-mail BS!. The responders simply gave me more hype about the program. I told them that it was too complicated for a non computer savvy like me. Iam still waiting for another e-mail response. The company has no phone support so i got the administration address and fax # to make another request for a refund in writing
