“Would give negative star with customer service”

Our refrigeratorvis only a year old and broke down. We thankfully bought extended warranty (or so we thought). We have been over a month without a frige and no answers yet to when it will be fixed. No one can give us a straight answer and I don't know what else to do except complain here. It is the middle of summer. No refrigerator should not be an option this long. Especially since it is only a year old and was very expensive.

No one can give us a straight answer and I don't know what else to do except complain here. It is the middle of summer. No refrigerator should not be an option this long. Especially since it is only a year old and was very expensive.

The worst customer service ever. I bought a loveseat a year ago. 8 months later the cushion of one of the armrests caved in and one of the pivoting footrest cable broke. Having read the reviews, I didn't even try to complain about the defective armrest. And after an epic 4-month battle I got the cable replacement only last week. The average time on hold for the customer service is one hour and they simply do not reply to e-mails.

I complained before about my sectional being broken after about six weeks a service rep. Came out and took pictures and told me the bottom part of the sectional foot rest was broken. Which I have been telling them all along. Was told someone would be in touch in 4-5 days. Surprise surprise no one has called. So now more hopes to jump through. Horrible service! Would never recommend them.

If I could give them a -10 stars, I would. This company or lack of it, absolutely refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing. Zero customer service from anyone including management and they will block all negative social media interactions and only keep the favourable ones. They have an F score on BBB and a a Poor Trustpilot rating so I believe that all of this speaks volumes about the crap they sell and the service they are providing. This needs to stop and they need to be held accountable.

Bought a TV with extended warranty which we got at the advise of the sales person who said, it was a good idea to have as it covers everything should anything go wrong. Got the TV home and it did not work, screen was blurred, brought it back and they advised it was not covered under warranty and was not repairable, told us to leave as there was nothing they could do, unless we wanted to buy another tv from them.

I will never buy anything from Lastmans bad boy again. We ordered an expensive tv stand from them in May and they took our money. Then we got notified that the tv stand was no longer available. They haven't refunded us and it's been nothing but radio silence ever since. I've called them three times (and each time I had to wait over an hour to talk to a person). I've emailed their customer service several times and emailed the manager directly and I just keep getting told my concern will be forwarded to management. I asked for a refund or to get another item for the same price. Nothing. I paid $475 for nothing! This has been going on since mid May. They keep sending me advertisements for sales. They have no problem taking your money but can't actually deliver the product you order, or refund you if they don't have it. Complete sham with terrible customer service.

I placed an order on April 9th. About a week after, I got a call that said it would be 2-3 weeks before it would be delivered. I said this was fine. 3 weeks later I had heard nothing so I reached out via the email on my order confirmation multiple times and did not hear back. I completed the form on their site and did not hear back. I also tried the other email posted on their site and did not hear bank. I called their customer service line and the agent rudely told me it's because those emails are not monitored and my order would be another 2-3 weeks. I asked what email I could follow up with and she gave me her business email which in 3 weeks when I tried to follow up, again multiple times, also was not answered. I then resorted to social media where I was asked for my order number which I promptly provided and you guessed it, was again not answered. My order was for almost $2k. This feels extremely fraudulent, I am not sure how they are still in business.

DO NOT DEAL WITH BAD BOY!
NO BAD BOY - NO PROBLEM AND HEADACHE!
Absolutely Bad store as named Bad Boy,
They do not have product and refuse to refund money already for 6 months, just hijacked money for no reason,
Every time saying in 2 months would be delivery,
Worst store in Ottawa, I would put 0 stars rating if it's possible,

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT DEAL WITH BAD BOY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a fridge. They sent one with a damaged compressor.
Now they won't even fix it
It has been over 2 weeks. No response.
They won't pick up calls.
Nordam, if you email or call her, you get no response.

Terrible.company.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS~~~~Instead of providing the Gold Warranty you buy this business does all the can to ensure they do not have to provide service - When you call the store they tell you to report all issues with your item and then when you file the claim the company says: · Claim is denied as you are reporting many issues (3 issues) at the same time. This is called accumulation of issues
If you would like you can still send the photos but the main reason for denying the claim is clearly outlined above. If you decide to send the photos, please send them in batches of two photos at a time.
Based on what you said on the conversation, you will not be able to show the issues on the photos as most of the damages are inside the sectional.

I am not sure how this company is allowed to operate in Canada. They sell the worst products and the sales people sell you the product and do not know what they are selling. The products look good, but DO NOT be fooled - they are inferior. That is why they can offer deals and no taxes and say noooobody can beat them in price. As soon as something breaks, they find all kinds of excuses to deny or refuse giving you back your money. The warranty is a cash grab. They DO NOT honor the warranty. I bought a TV and when it was installed it had lines all over the screen. They refused to give me back my money and said the first year is under manufacturer's warranty. Bounced around between Badboy and LG each blaming the other. Badboy, I want back the money I paid you for the warranty - $208.88 - the TV is not good. No Warranty needed. The first year is still under manufacturer's warranty as you said. I DO NOT want a store credit - please refund my money. Invoice is attached. Please check the date. You responded twice saying that someone is looking into it.

I've had issues in the past with products being delivered damaged and had to jump through hoops to get it rectified. This time I have to speak up. I ordered a pub table with stools online which was supposed to be delivered by end of November. End of November I called for a status to find out it would be another week. That week I called to find out it's delayed another week. Again to hear end of December. And again to hear early January. Each of these times I was NOT notified unless I called in and each time I had to wait, sometimes a week, to get a response. Items arrived - damaged! I made 1 attempt to contact them with no resolution. One leg is damaged on the outside of the leg (so I can't hide it) and assembling the stools (4 of them) was a challenge because the screws wouldn't set in properly, leaving a gap. I had to be creative to secure the gaps and I'll find a matching wood crayon to cover the damage on the leg. These items were packaged damaged - the packaging was fine and the damage was literally first thing I saw when I unwrapped that piece. I won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.
