Dear Mr. Metcalf

I am contacting your regarding my experience at B&B Burger & Beer restaurant inside the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino last June. Upon my visiting the restaurant I was very excited for, and anticipated excellent food as well as service. What I experienced, however, did not meet my expectations. Although my family and I were seated promptly and our orders were taken in a timely manner, it took nearly forty minutes to receive our food, despite the restaurant being relatively empty. Once we received the food, I then found that my order was incorrect, it was missing both a fried egg and bacon. After making the waitress aware of the error, I was given an egg and bacon to put on the burger myself. The egg I received, however, was nowhere near fried, making the burger extremely difficult to eat due to the wateriness of the yolk. Along with making the sandwich more difficult to eat, the undercooked egg also took away from the overall taste of the burger and my experience at the restaurant, as well as exposed me to the possibility of a food borne illness. Although we discussed this with the waitress nothing was done by her or management to improve our experience.

I am sharing my experience with you to make you aware of the less than satisfactory service and food that my family and I was given, and also in hopes of receiving a discount or gift card for our next visit. Despite the poor experience I had in my first visit at B&B, I truly would like to try the food and restaurant again. Any help or information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
