“Ordered a dog collar over a month ago and they charged...”

Ordered a dog collar over a month ago and they charged my credit card. They have not shipped it yet. I emailed them and did not get any response from them. I called the number on their site and it is a magic Jack number. The site looks great, but it must be a scam. They took my money and I have not received anything.
