I am deeply disappointed and utterly frustrated with the appalling service provided by Bathroom House. They sent me a bunch of incorrect items, completely diverging from my original order. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation, they have failed to collect the erroneous items and refund my payment for over a month now.

Their customer service is virtually non-existent. Emails remain unanswered, and their phone lines seem to lead to nowhere. It's evident that Bathroom House operates as a scam company, preying on individuals who eventually give up due to their exhausting tactics, avoiding any involvement with banks or legal entities.

My experience serves as a stern warning to all potential customers: steer clear of Bathroom House at all costs. Their deceptive practices and lack of accountability demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this unscrupulous company at all costs.

Openly advertising products in stock that is untrue. Charging for delivering products with in a time line that cannot be met. Customer services phone line is an automated machine that takes you through a load of speil then ends with customer service department is currently closed down! Email responses is days apart.
A item that was ordered was "in stock" when they took the money was out of stock when they processed the order then the delivery date was pushed back twice before the order was cancelled, to be met by Email communication silence. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Terrible company advertise things they don't have in stock. I am sure they will reply with something like this is unusual which is a complete load of rubbish, read the reviews it happens a lot. Then having contacted me to say they had oversold it, (even though the website was still saying they had stock) they then said it would be in next day and sent out, it was not, it took over a week to arrive when i ordered next day delivery, did they refund the carriage no they didn't they just gave back the difference between next day and normal delivery, so still cost nearly £30 to be delivered a week late. In addition they know they need a telephone number for their courier? And didn't think to ask for it until it was too late for it to go out before the weekend even though there had been many emails regarding the order. All this was all miss-managed by their customer services representative Rebecca who I am sure will respond to this with platitudes about how it is not their fault and other such rubbish, read the other reviews and order at your own risk, its something I most certainly wont be doing ever again.

Absolutely shockingly bad company. Purchased a whole suite and the bath panel, sink unit and toilet unit were all scratched in numerous places. Contacted Zoe/Millie whichever this young lady wanted to be called every time we spoke to her. We were told replacements would be re-sent two days later and dispose of the units ourselves, which we didn't as it was down to the company to collect in exchange for new units. No delivery arrived, then we were told even though we sent thirteen pictures of the damage and each one labelled that they couldn't see the damage on one of the units, and after having no communication over the weekend we cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. On three separate occasions we waited in having been told there would be a collection. Then we were given excuses that the driver had gone home etc etc. In the end we escalated the claim with PayPal and only then when PayPal gave them a date with which they would have to solve the claim did they organise a collection. A week later we still had no confirmation that they had received the suite so we escalated further with PayPal. Finally a month later we got our money back from PayPal who are still fighting this claim. If you want to throw you money down the khazi with a company who make a complete ball $#*! of a purchase and don't give a sh** about customer service then throw your money down the drain with this company.
