I came across BathSepect and purchased the tivoli LED musical remote controlled recessed ceiling mount shower system with hand shower and body Jets, it's ideal for those looking to improve their showering comfort. It has three functions: rainfall, waterfall, and mist, and LED lights that change with water temperature. Quality is great. Sure I'm going to buy another one, next remodel.

Bathselect was one of the best decisions I ever made. I was able to navigate through the website with no problem.

We ordered two shower panels without issue. When they arrive, one was completely damaged with the package opened. The panel was dented and the handle completely broken off. The packaging material seemed a little flimsy to contain a heavy shower panel. Bath select stated to send them pictures and the order number and they would review it and get back to us. We have not heard back from them. It has been over 2 weeks. It was easy to order a shower panel but seems that once they have your money it is game over.
Update: With persistence we now have a replaced shower panel. It was delivered within 2 days of promised date.

They charged me twice for a faucet (And denied doing so), sent the incorrect item (wrong finish, options, etc.), and then told me they do not accept returns, but if I sent an email with photos of the item, they might consider it. (This was done after being on hold for over 9 minutes.). Now I have the wrong faucet and have to waste time with my credit card company. I definitely do not recommend them.

Everything about this company is wonderful I am very happy with Bathselect. Their fixtures and faucets are durable and stylish. They transformed my bathroom.

The costumer service was super helpful and responsive. They were helpful and everything. They were easy to install and also fixed the water hammering issue that a certain amount of people have with this shower system. After installing the check valves and having no water hammering in the system it is really a wonderful shower to have. I highly recommend!

This shower unit was very easy to install, looks great and works really well. The pressure in my area is low but this shower gives a really strong spray and waterfall experience, I highly recommend it. The customer service was outstanding.

I bought a faucet and sink combo from bath select. It was very exquisite and beautiful. I love how the dark colors work well with and provides nice contrast to our counter. One thing I'm concerned about the faucet is it feels a little light to the touch. Sometimes I feel that it might come loose at any time. However, this has not happened. Faucet still works as fine as the day I purchased them. I will highly recommend shopping at bath selects to friends and family..

We bought this shower set first because of its look. The nickel finish looks excellent in my bathroom. We did worry at first that the water stain marks would ruin the look, but that's easily remedied with a little wiping down. As for the shower head and the handheld shower, they worked great. The hose was long.we ordered the 16 inch shower head, which is neither too small nor too large - it was just perfect.

I wanted something stylish but be modern at same time I believe that this is actually it. The black alloy, the adjustable jet nozzles, the flat panel design - how can this shower get any more modern than that? I loved the lightweight and durable, at least I don't have to worry about it falling on me as I bathe. Great product to use when you are trying to relax after a long hard day and highly recommended.

Their warranty is a SCAM. Stay away from this company. I purchased a fontana shower panel with a 5 year warranty. One of the jets came loose from the panel and was told that the warranty will not cover this issue. What good is the warranty if it doesn't cover the item purchased?

This was one of the first shower sets I saw here on the website, and I liked it immediately. Of course, I could continue browsing, but I decided to go for this one it was perfect. It was a great choice, everything mentioned in the product details were correct, and the shower worked perfectly after being installed. Will provide update after a few months to comment on its performance.

My choice in shower was an perfectly matched for our bathroom renovation. Quality is everything I imagined it to be made of high material and solid nothing is plastic. Had it installed 2 weeks ago and we got our money worth.

We have got from bathselect the gold shower system with digital display, our contractor installed this shower system last week, and he said installation instructions were straightforward. We would have given bathselect 5 star but shipping was bit slow. We will be buying again from bathselect soon.

I was looking a replacement faucet and saw this one on the site. I actually saw a similar faucet here as well, with the swan design and all but the finish was more of a bright yellow gold. Well, I chose this rose gold finish because it just looks much better to me. Besides, this would go well with the tiles that I have in the bathroom. Bathselect is great!
