So I ordered a swimsuit for my trip, it was 2 days before I left and I haven't received a email saying it shipped yet so I got worried, I called the store and the nicest, sweetest and very very helpful Rose helped me, she got my swimsuit to me the same day I called her, she's the best, I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten it in time if it wasn't for Rose. Thank you Rose, you're the best!
I just read all these reviews and exactly the same thing has happened to me. I did not receive both items I ordered. The item is really, really small - yes would work for a child and customer service email was clearly automatically generated. Buyer beware do not buy from here. If anyone knows of any class action against them please let me know or if I can help in reporting them in some way. Thanks.
It's been over a month and a half and I've never received my product. I've emailed them several times showing them that there's no ETA on the shipping date and they keep saying that they've shipped it. They lied and told me it was a presale item which it was not when I purchased it. Absolute refusal to just cancel my order. I have pictures of their tracking service that says no eta yet they still argue it's out for delivery. Going on 40 days!

Spent over $400 on two bikinis for my
Girlfriend and she reached out 2 times to customer service to get a return authorization and follow up on a bikini that has not yet been delivered. She could only leave a voicemail and has also tried the chat. It's now been over 48 hours and still no communication with Beach Bunny Swimwear.
$200 swimming suite the stone is gone. No one from Beach bunny costumer service would return my phone calls or answer on my e mails

I purchased over a 1000 dollar order and tried to return a few things. I emailed over and over as well as calls over and over with no response. I had to dispute the charge to get my money back on the few returns. I tried to return 1 more item and no one will respond. Their swimwear is horribly made. Doll swimwear far superior and half the price. I will never give my business to them again and will tell all my friends to stay clear.

Looks like no one is working in this company. Customer service doesn't pick up the phone. Worse customer service and they don't ship the orders. They don't care about customers. I will not shop from them anymore.
I emailed texted and called as soon as I placed this order to let them know the address was wrong. It says to let them know immediately if there is an issue which I did. I have an email that said the issue was corrected. They still sent to the wrong address.

ITEM RETURNED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE SUCH POOR QUALITY FOR THE RIDICULOUS PRICE, HAVE SENT 7 EMAILS ASKING WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND, ITEM WAS SENT REGISTERED POST SHOWING THEY RECEIVED ITEM BACK. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OBVIOUSLY THINK THEY CAN RIP CONSUMERS OFF

I purchased a suit with overnight delivery of an additional $40.3days passed and finally received a FedEx confirmation stating it will be delivered the next day. When checking the next day, package says it wasn't even dropped off.
I called beach bunny customer service 3 times and left voicemails after voicemails, no reply. When calling their company it automatically sends you to voicemail. There are no representatives answering your call, the phone is just DEAD.
I then sent 2 emails, and finally received a reply. I was leaving for trip in 2 days and that's why I paid the extra $40 for overnight shipping.
When I received the email from the company, they gave me a run around for over a day. Stating they were going to try to contact the warehouse. I never heard back from them! I had to email 2 more times to get a reply.
Long story short they are the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. I now an s*** out of luck. I'm leaving tomorrow for my trip and I don't have a suit, which I well planned for.
I already filed a claim with the BBB and will continue to post my experience with this awful company.
Still no solution on their end, it's as if they can't even think! Come on guys... pull it together, it is NOT that hard. Just send a new order and call it a day!
I ordered a bikini and noticed my credit card was double charged by Beach Bunny. I wrote an email to the email provided on their website and I messaged the company through Facebook. 4 days went by with zero reply to the email or the messages. I didn't need the issue to be solved right away, but I expect a company to reply saying they will look into the issue.
After 4 days I called the customer phone line and explained that I was double charged and that nobody had bothered to get back to me in any way. The woman in the phone had the attitude of a bad teenager, saying things like "well I didn't get an email? Oh it's not my job to answer that. It's not my job to answer Facebook inquiries." There was not any apologizing or anything, just defiant replies about what's not her job. This is deplorable customer service. She seemed bothered by my call.
There are enough swimsuits out there to avoid supporting companies like this one.
