I ordered something April 1,2020. It's May 22 and still no package not to mention they never answer. My tracking number for USPS still say no information on package. It's ridiculous! I ordered dresses from wish in China and got them in two weeks. Don't shop with these people.

I ordered a Mickey mouse swim suit. Emailed customer service they said item was on back order. Would be nice if someone connected me and let me know. Offered to credit me for any other item. I asked for a refund. No response. Its been over a week.

I would not recommend Bestdress1 to anybody. I purchased 2 items on June 26th and paid for Express Delivery was supposed to be 2 or 3 days, I did not get it until the 10th of July no longer need the merchandise now. Customer service worthless wants me to ship back by Royal Express, I don't even know what that is. So in addition to paying for express delivery, I need to pay express to send back. Not worth my time and I am sure money. Company is a complete joke, clothes might be cheap but if you see something you want know it will be months before you get it.

I ordered a wig and it took over a month to get it and then it didn't look anything like the advertisement.

Liars, scam, rip off.
I ordered dress could have got on wish for 1/2 the price but needed it in one week.
Paid them twice as much, plus 17.99 expedited shipping to get in 3 to 5 days.
Got in in 3 weeks after hounding with unreturned messages.
When tried to send back won't return calls or emails.
Spent over 50.00 on dress so cheap looks like Halloween costume from Walmart.
Stuck with it.
Even when you read refund policy only partial refund or exchange available anyway... but don't worry you'll never get them to respond anyway.
