I paid over $350 for two wigs that were supposed to be 130% density, virgin hair with bleached knots for the first inch of the lace with a widow's peak hairline. I received my wigs with a light to medium density (obviously less than the 130 I paid for), maybe 100% at best. On top of that, my knots were not bleached at all. This was something I really wanted, and I even made sure to not only thoroughly read the product description where it says it will be bleached, I even contacted customer support and had them email me a confirmation. This meant I had to purchase products to attempt to bleach the wigs myself. After my first attempt, the knots would not bleach. It was only after using a fabric dye remover the bleach worked. This means the hair is NOT virgin. The hairline is also standard, evenly round hairline and not a widow's peak at all. I contacted customer support more than once telling them I was dissatisfied and have gotten no response. It's been over a month.

My first order was on 8/2018, there was a delay in the delivery but they let me know. I had so many compliments from so many people how beautiful my hair was. I ordered the wig in a custom size which was part of the reason for the delay. The wig was beautiful, the color was not exactly as it appeared on the website, remember this is a picture and lighting etc can change it. If you order a lot of wigs like I do, you eventually understand that. I am sure it takes a lot of trials to get wig colors right. I loved the wig so much, I ordered 2 more but asked for a few changes, no dark roots, swiss lace and a discount for ordering 2. They explained they didn't have swiss lace, if I like the color I shouldn't change it because they cant guarantee the tone would be the same and they would give me 20% off my order. We emailed back and forth because they were asking very specific questions to be sure my order was exactly what I wanted, which I appreciated. I placed my second order on 11/2019 and was thrilled with both of my wigs! I am getting ready to order 2 more wigs now. As I said, I have ordered many wigs over the years, from different places and would absolutely without hesitation recommend you order from best lace wigs.

This company and the people that work within it are idiots. Ordered item waited 45 days to have to wait longer for it?! This whole process was stressful never again will I order from this company

I've always purchased my wigs from Best Lace Wigs and I recommend them to my friends as they have been around for some years. I've been buying their wigs for 3 years now but all of a sudden I've noticed a change in their quality which is a shame. As they wigs are affordable but not sure if they've changed something. I recently started buying wigs from a online UK shop, although theirs cost me more but I am happy with the hair quality and the customer service is good. Another thing that annoys me about Best lace Wigs is they list the unit as being preplucked when it is not. My units from moramode come preplucked which is what I love.

Stumbled upon all of these bad reviews as customer from the U. K. I have bought so many wigs all different styles from best lace wigs. To summarise
-bleached knots, I always opt for bleached knots and I always receive it to the point where I can see the strands of hair that have turned blonde from the bleach ( a few strands that you can literally pull out I literally mean one or two strands) the point is the knots are bleached

-quality yes I admit the hair doesn't hold moisturiser the best however when I put expensive/high quality haircare products the moisture holds for days sometimes, i. E argon and coconut oil.

Density- just opt for 180,130% is not a lot, 180% is enough and you can with the curly hair it is SOOO MUCH HAIR. Trust me

This company has responded to every single email I have ever sent with a solution, they always respond you will receive your wig and it will look like the picture honestly!

I bought a custom wig in 1B, it arrived and the first thing I noticed was the color was more like a #4 (medium brown) and the size was too small. I did not know if the size was my measurements I sent them or their mistake. So I died the wig 1B color. Two things I liked was the part was very natural looking and the hair was very soft.

I decided to order another one this time in color #1 thinking it might be closer to #1B and not a custom size, just the regular size small. It arrived, the first thing I noticed was the color was jet black, second the part was awful, just straight machine stitching, it really looked fake. I sent it back for them to redo. I also paid extra $25 for a rush (-10 days) It took them 60+ days to send it. The new one I ordered in the original 1B, thinking it's easier to die it darker than trying to lighten the #1. First thing I noticed is it's a different color from the original #1B, this one is darker and closer to what a 1B should look like. But sadly the part is awful again, very fake looking. When I complained that I waited over 60 days and asked for the $25 to be refunded, "she said sorry, but we will send you a free brush to make up for it". Now how does that make up for anything?

As my review says, this company is very inconsistent and customer service leaves a lot be desired.

I have been ordering from BestLaceWigs for many years and I have been previously scammed by few companies. BestLaceWigs is a honest company and their hair is really great. Never had problems with cancelling or returning ordered product. The only minus for me is waiting time for custom made hair. I really recommend them if you are looking for good quality hair and good, hassle free service.

I agree that people who work there are a bit stupid and slow. I ordered from them 3 times the same wig, and it was great. But once i ordered a wig with cutom cap size, they send me random curly wig, which washed out and the bangs from black became ginger.
