I will start by saying this was my fault but as soon as I submitted my order I realized I did not update my address. I immediately called and was told the shipping process already started. That was Friday and as of noon on Monday it had not yet shipped. Fedex said the shipper can change the address but I can't. Called them back and still no luck. Again it was my error but it stinks that the company was of no help to me.
