I have observed in the last 2 days that, my wager is been manipulated after placing it, they remove one of the selection i made and put in another game that i did not select.

I did not select Maritimo ( vs. CF OS Belenenses). I did not select that match, it is not even in the list that i picked my game from. This the second time i am noticing a match that i did not select, showing up on my wager. Other players show take note.

OkY can't believe after loosing my all and all winnings n everything they don't give me bonus at all. Keep asking many times via chat and they also don't respond n don't care about loyal players. I been with bet us more than 3 years now n bad bad customer service. Don't play there friends. They always got my all money n not giving me any bonuses and they r not replying even now. Lost more than 100k with betus n go with other casino than betus..

This company is the biggest scam of all time. If you win you are unable to withdraw funds unless you hit your min rollover which is a ridiculous amount of money upwards of $7,500. This was never mentioned on any sign up page or when speaking to live agents.

Upon hearing this when asking to be paid out they said it is mentioned in their terms and conditions. So they deliberately hide vital information such as this to scam everyone that signs up.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Never put your money with these people! They are scam artists and never pay off! They come up with fees so heavy that you never get your winnings back. We placed a $50 super bowl bet and won, Then they charged us $55 to get that payout back. I cannot tell you enough how terrible these people are. Not only did they make you jump through hoops in order to provide documentation to get your money back but spent over 2 hours with the company in order to do that. They sure took our money out of our account to place the bet but did not want to do anything in order to give it back. Instead they should be called don't Betus.

I deposited $300. That had a matching offer. I immediately bet the$300 on the Cowboys to cover which they did. So I bet the$300 I deposited and won. Then I bet the matching$300 on some college games. Won some lost some. So I bet my cash and I bet the bonus money. I have a $800+ balance. Requested a payout. It's refused. They say I have to bet $5,000 more dollars on "qualifying bets" before I can be paid out the $835. Stay away. Do not use. Total scam!

After betting and winning two money line bets, I was told that the bets were somehow based on points spread or something else I don't do or understand. Requested the account be closed and remaining funds returned

I've never had an issue here I see a lot of comments that are given this place a bad review it's real simple don't take a bonus when you take a bonus you lock your deposits into that bonus and that roll over that's all I see on here with these bad reviews I've always gotten my money quick and fast and easy. Why would you ever want to lock your deposit in on a bonus rollover makes no sense I'll say it again don't take a deposit bonus and you won't have any issues with this site getting your money

As has already been stated, this business is very difficult to do business with. And that's being charitable.
Short story is they make it as difficult as possible to get a payout should you desire one. Multiple forms of ID, bank statements, all sorts of hoops you're asked to jump through. All so that you get frustrated, leave your money in the account, and eventually lose it as it becomes too difficult to try and get paid.

When/if you DO get paid? They'll send you a CANADIAN check which your bank will charge a fee for in order to accept it. (Not to mention it costs $50+ to get them to send a check to begin with. Unless you want crypto or bitcoin or some other bulls*** form of payment.)

They are very unethical and will do all they can to rip you off.

Had a great few days with their book. Went to pull out bitcoin the same way I have with other sites, copied and pasted my Bitcoin address, and never got paid. Continually get the runaround where, "oh it should be coming through today or tomorrow" and nothing shows up. Been over a week and I don't think I'm getting my $1750. I guess the best way is to list numerically.
1. They encourage non traditional ways to deposit,
Crypto Etc.
2. If you use a Debit Card or Credit Card, and you deposit using their AI Protocol there's are multiple ways of having an unsuccessful deposit. I will list below.
A. Maybe on a certain day BetUs (as they discribe it) may not have enough VISA Carriers to handle all the deposit transfer traffic.
B. After a few failed deposit attempts with the AI, you call and talk to a warm body agent; the agent will tell you "Don't Use the AI Deposit Protocol too many thinks can go wrong. For that reason We BetUs, Recommend Crypto". And BetUs will even provide a crash course in understanding Crypto.
C. Say you still want to use a Debit Card, the agent will run your deposit request again an "Maybe" it will be successful. Because remember all those pings your Bank is getting, Your Banks Algorithm is saying
"Whats the Hells going on, and your bank may send you a message saying what's going on, or put your deposit attempts into a potential fraud status. Then you'll have to square things away with your bank. So like the BetUs Customer Service always says "We Recommend Crypto".
D. And in most cases if fraud status is reached, then a new Debit or Credit Card will have to be issued. And you'll have to Register the new card with BetUs.
3. If an when a Debit transaction is successful, there's a 7.50% transaction fee. And a Randomly Selected INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY CONVERSION FEE added to your transaction.
A. BetUs Will Reimburse You for the International Transaction Fee. But you have to wait till the transaction has Become Final in your banking statement, then secure message the proof to BetUs.
BetUs Does Refund the International Currency Conversion Charge Rapidly, but it's just a PIA
(pain in the $#*!). And Most banks will charge a International Banking Fee also, not much, but it is another charge.
4. When you look at your a Banking Statement and see the BetUs transactions, they are not listed as BetUs. Below are a few of many Transaction Identifiers BetUs Uses

c. Many other identifier names but if I leave this review page to look for more, i'll probably have to rewrite.
5. My most recent deposit attempt was a real Debacle with a capital D, it gets involved so please be patient.
This deposit involved another of BetUs's camouflaged deposit tactics.
A. i tryed to Deposit $460.00. BetUs Fee and International Currency Conversion fee, Grand Total
$496.27.
B. well my bank recognized and paid to the transaction to Telenoc Solutions. A transaction indentifier i recognized. But the deposit didn't get deposited into my BetUs account.
C. i called Deposit Management Sevices and immediately started receiving the BetUs Shuffle.
Ive been doing business with them for a couple of yrs, so i feel im accurate at detecting the
BetUs Shuffle
1. I was told i should of used a Credit Card not a Debit Card. (that was a new excuse, gotta give um credit for that)
2. I was told since the my deposit didn't reach my BetUs Account, the transaction should drop off my bank recognized transaction.
3. Well it didn't l, so i began a claim with my bank.
4. i gave my bank all the information i could, but when My Bank Told Me That TELENOC SOLUTIONS was not active, an or was out of business, I asked my bank to look at all the international transactions to see all the different identifiers that would ultimately lead to BetUs. The Bank Agreed and contacted BetUs an Refunded My Deposit, all 496.27. The Hickup in this attempted deposit, was a Carrier Authorized By BetUs to intercept deposits, then deposit the money into our account, this carrier didn't deposit my money into my account. The name of the Intercept Carrier is "PAYAZA". I know because PAYAZA sent me an email saying i had a successful deposit. To where, i do not know. My best guess is PAYAZA, an maybe BetUs were hopefull i'd just forget about the 496.27
5. BetUs Scolded Me by saying "Since I had shared all the different Deposit Indentifiers BetUs Had used with my transactions they won't allow me to use a Debit or Credit Card any more. I felt as if I was in the same room with a BetUs Representative he or she may have cracked me over the knuckles with a 12 inch ruler.
Oh, an if you are fortunate to win you have the choice of a bank to bank transfer of your winnings at a very unreasonable charge. Or a Check that comes from a Bank in Canada, that has a 8 Digit Routing Number, that most banks just won't accept. And there's a unreasonable Fee for a Check also. And BetUs alerts you that this Mail or FedEx could take 10 days. I say 10 Days if your lucky.
And to top it all off, i myself only played the Horses with BetUs, an after the 2nd Winning Evening at my favorite track, i was not allowed to wager on that Particular Track Anymore. My favorite track did not appear as a betting choice. Now i understand that BetUs Does not Participate In the Paramutial Pools here in the States and if you win, the money is coming out of their pocket. But that's why they call it gambling.
Well i've experienced what BetUs has to offer, and there's just to many inconsistency's. Hope this was helpful.

If you are going to bet with the casino on the site be sure to screen record all play because that's the only way you will be able to have any chance of getting your money back. I deposited money to open an account. Just to find a glitchy website with no obvious way to request a payout except calling customer service.

After phone call a healthy wait on hold I was told that to request a payout I would need to: 1) wait 72 hours 2) provide a photo of the front and back of my credit card and 3) provide photo of my ID. I said this is ridiculous as none of those things were required to make a deposit. And I just wanted the deposit refunded to the same account. The representative was very aggressive, rude and said that if I did not follow their procedures the money would "remain in the account." I said that's a scam and he immediately became more rude and offensive saying that they have been in business for 30 years. Wish I had read their reviews before depositing money.

Betus closed my account and is trying hard to keep my money

Betus closed my account about 3 months ago and told me to call them by phone. They would not tell me why my account was closed over email and insisted i call them on the phone... I called them by phone and they started making up lies telling me ive been "sharing information" (whatever that means) with another player.

When asking them how they came up with such an accusation, all i got for a response was "you know what you did just admit it". At betus its obvious that you are guilty until proven innocent instead of the other way around. Just baseless claim after baseless claim on the phone call, i simply could not believe what i was hearing. I even sent them a photo of my id and a selfie holding my id! But apparently this is not enough verification for them... would also be willing to send in bank statements aswell and even write my id of the account on a piece of paper and send them a selfie with it, but this would also not be "sufficient verification" for them because it seems they will do absolutely anything they can in their power to not pay me out and steal my money with baseless claims. This account is the only account i have ever had with betus. The other player they mentioned (or made up) has obviously has no ties whatsover to my "ip address" as they claim because have no idea who this person is (if he even exists). They have pointed me to their terms and conditions which absolutely have nothing to do with me as i have abided by all the guidelines and terms and they have no reply when i ask them for evidence or proof (obviously because its fabricated) for all their baseless claims and give me replies like "you know what you did, just admit it", "if you want your account reopened you need to come clean with me and tell me your relationship with *insertname*, "im trying to understand what your relationship is with *insert name*. "we cant open your account if you dont tell me what your relationship is with *insert name* ". Keep in mind i have no idea who this person is that they are mentioning and he is probably made up. And when i mention that i dont know the person they are talking about they just tell me they cant reopen my account until i admit i know the person...ridiculous and obvious tactics of trying to scam me and keep my money.

This site is a complete and utter joke. They now have some stipulation that live plays must include a line that says ot included for those plays to count. There isn't a site in the WORLD that doesn't count overtime or extra innings unless it's for that inning or quarter or period. On top of that they make it a ROYAL pain in the butt to get your money back once you make a deposit, and their bonuses that they brag about offering only are available if your a loser and are not up on them in terms of deposits and withdrawals. IE, if you deposit 500 and withdraw more than that you can't get a bonus on any future deposits until your deposit amounts are more than you withdrew. AVOID THIS SCAM SITE THEY ARE A JOKE. Like other reviewers I wish I caught this sooner. Deposited $500.00 during football season... won lost and bet all football season each week. Near the end was down to $100.00 then last couple weeks and playoffs won bets to get to $600.00 requested payout and said I must bet $11,780.00 due to rollover bonus. So my money is stuck in there. Can never get it out. Total ripoff. Do not deposit money. I will take my funds and do stratight bets hoping to get a bove that mark. Hahahahahahaha never going to happen. Betus literally takes forever to process payouts. They can never provide you with an update it just always says "waiting supervisor authorization ". So I recommend playing somewhere else if you want fast payouts.
