I have made an order from www.bigboxsave.com (or bigboxstore.com, it's one website operating under 2 different names, located in China, with the same address); same fraud anyway. I decided to cancel my order straight away, and 2 days later they replied that they will do so. Then I still didn't get a refund, and contacted them again, this time they said in very bad English, that they never received my money, which is false, and a big lie, as straight after I confirmed the order, PayPal sent me a confirmation that the transaction was completed! Then five days later I get another email from them that my order is: Processing! Even though they said they will cancel it, and they never had any payment! I definitely don't recommend you to buy anything from them! The worst shopping experience on the net!

This site is theft first purchase normally but send you the second, and when they see you buy more things and more money stolen deposit 100% of your money these companies, 96% are made in house or by employees of factories with sole intention to steal your money on dropshipping trend always get new customers every day and so the steal I recommend that if you buy in china and sell many products travel to factories or tell someone traveling to China you suppliers seek help is the most expensive but the most reliable if Chinese purchases only 3% of Chinese vendors are really reliable and time, I am wholesaler orders after 3 large Chinese manufacturers are very honest

We ordered a cell Phone but never received it even after several e-mails we did not get the Phone and we also did not get our money back. Any one who had simular situation and that has some tips that can help us to get the money back?

This site offers good prices on beauty products, apparel, and electronics. However, I don't trust companies that only take paypal. If you don't get your product, paypal won't give you your money back.

On Mar 10,2013 I placed an order for a mp4 watch I glanced at on Bigboxsave.com and decided to make a purchase from the website because of the price; from there the troubles started. Usually when purchasing from a website you are not a member of, you automatically become a member when making a purchase and the transaction is accounted for in your membership profile(((NOT WITH THIS WEBSITE!))). I was constantly on the offence with Bigboxsave.com. Meaning I had to keep steady vigilance of my purchase. I had plenty of back and forth ticket reply's with a Mr. Mickey Wang. He swore the purchase was in his records and I need not worry. However, he didn't know what a SKU # was (stock-keeping unit) which I had to explain to him what is was... and in my opinion was a bit pathetic. The reason why I asked him was because I didn't have a personal record of the transaction and when typing in Mp4 watch(I even typed in the exact name of the watch) in the search engine on Bigboxsave.com I didn't see the watch I'd purchased. Well anyway to make a long story short. The last ticket I sent to Micky Wang was asking for the tracking number(which I asked before). The reason being was because in one of his earlier ticket replies he stated I should get a reply with a tracking number with-in 1-4 days. I didn't get a reply so I sent one more ticket asking for a tracking number or I will go to paypal.com. Thank god for Paypal. Just this morning, March 29 I received a ticket reply from Micky Wang with a refund(I guess the item wasn't in stock after all and he was giving me the run around till the transaction was final or I'd just given up). This website is a fraud and I warn you, if you don't keep up with your transactions with Chinese internet companies 98% of the time they will burn you. These companies use bait and switch tactics(which happen to me in the past with a different Chinese internet company) and/or they will display on their website items in stock but in reality the item is not in stock. I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from this fraud website even if someone paid me a million dollars

I recently ordered a phone from this website. A bit later I saw some of these awful reviews about bigboxsave being a fraud and scamm website. So I immediately send a ticket to the website telling them I had changed my mind and asking for a refund. After two hours I got this as response:

Within the day I got a full refund on my paypal.

I'm not saying you should trust them but I would call that very customer friendly. Quick responses and fast action. I thought it might be nice to do them a favour and tell you guys about this experience.
