This was my 1st time buying from Big Easy. After ordering, Big Easy was very responsive to texts and email. They quickly provided me the tracking info when I asked. After receiving my order I questioned the product's quality - they quickly fixed the problem within hours without further delay or inconvenience. Overall it was a positive experience and I will buy from them again.

At first look, the website seems sketchy, but I placed the order and about 5 hours later I received an email to confirm the order. Truly a good experience with this company. I ordered a vacuum cleaner, luckily they called e to confirm the address and I just realized that I gave the wrong delivery address. After 8 days they delivered to my house. Really enjoyed this compay!
