Big O Tires

Sam, the manager and the service guy, have been so kind and helpful. I have been going there a long time for tires and other car needs. Today I made an appointment for 4pm and fell asleep. I called and Sam was so nice let me come in and they changed my tire in less than 30 min. I appreciate them a lot. Thank you to Sam and her service guy that opened the door for me, very kind.

Prescott, AZ store When you give permission to "work on your vehicle", you are really agreeing to a 3% credit card fee. Since virtually NO ONE pays cash for tires this company is little more than thieves. They don't print the CC charge on the invoice, so it is pretty apparent they are trying to slip it by the consumer. Also charged almost $60 for "shop supplies" - that's outrageous for a couple of rags. GO ELSEWHERE.

Had blowout. Car taken to Big O in Frisco. Very rude. I was told I had to replace all tires even though the other three are band new. Refused to sell one tire. Told me I could sell, keep, or throw away old tires. Want to Subaru dealer. They replaced the tire without hassle.

My only experience with Big O Tires is in Kearney, Nebraska. The people that run the shop here know what they are doing and they do it fast and efficiently. Thank you for your service!

If a company & manager can't admit they failed to meet their own standards and holds their own customers in contempt, they are not worth doing business with. I used to be a regular at this Big-O until I had the unfortunate customer experience of dealing with Burt. I had the gall of questioning Burt regarding the price tag on a repair quote but because I was in a bind decided to go ahead with the repair anyway. The next morning, the vehicle's warning lights indicated that they failed to complete the job by replacing the fluids - though they charged me for the fluids and $93/hr for "quality" service. Since it was 5am, I had to find a gas station to purchase & put in the fluids myself. When I called the next week to complain, Burt brushed off my complaint as no big deal and literally said "Is that all you're calling about?" I explained that I was charged for something not received and he told me I had a chip on my shoulder from the first price quote but that he would refund the $10 for fluid. Then he went on to defend the cost & quality of their service and parts. Apparently, errors are acceptable at this Big-O.

Great value. Good quality and the service was great.
